Clean installation, configuration and commissioning of IT systems

We handle the technical initial setup and integration of central systems, services and software components before they become part of ongoing operations.

Between strategic planning and ongoing operations lies a decisive step: systems must be installed, configured, tested and cleanly integrated into the existing environment.

We set up virtualisation, server roles, directory services, network services, shares, permissions, central software and connected peripherals so that the environment starts in a traceable way and remains maintainable later.

What it is about

System integration is the practical construction of the technical environment. We connect servers, virtualisation, central services, software, peripherals and specialised devices so that individual components become a functional, documented and expandable system.

Virtualisation and server platforms

Virtualisation creates flexible foundations for multiple services on controlled hardware. We support the planning, installation and configuration of virtualisation environments, including KVM, as well as the setup of Unix and Windows servers. We consider resources, storage, network allocation, updates, backup capability and later expandability.

Central network and directory services

Many working environments depend on central services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file storage, user groups and permission concepts. We set up these services in a structured way, document dependencies and avoid improvised individual configurations. The goal is an environment in which users, devices, names, addresses and access rights can be managed transparently.

Software installation and base configuration

In addition to operating systems and server roles, productive software, security solutions, backup agents, monitoring components, print services, shares, administration tools and device drivers must be installed and aligned correctly. We pay attention to uniform settings, sensible defaults, secure access and clear update paths.

Peripherals and specialised devices

In many organisations, system setup does not stop at the server. Printers, scanners, plotters, graphics tablets, VoIP devices, multifunction systems and medical, technical, industrial or other specialised peripherals must be connected, tested and documented. We consider drivers, network access, user permissions, scan and print paths, device interfaces and integration into existing workflows.

Testing, handover and documentation

A newly set up environment must be checked before handover. This includes functional checks, user and permission tests, access tests, backup integration, network behaviour and basic documentation. This turns a technical installation into a resilient foundation for daily operations and later Managed Services.

Method

Structured planning, clean implementation.

Each environment is first assessed from both a business and technical perspective. This creates an approach that takes priorities, risks, dependencies and future extensions into account.

Implementation is carried out in a traceable, documented way with day-to-day operations in mind. The goal is a solution that does not only work in the short term, but remains maintainable over time.
